Sound & Soul is a unique service that blends massage, meditation, and sound healing. To begin, the therapist leads the client through a brief sound healing and meditation to relax and prepare the client to receive the full benefits of the massage.
Next, an aromatic and energetically cleansing oil is massaged into the scalp, hands, and feet. The head, hands, and feet are then wrapped to help the oil penetrate and moisturize.
The treatment ends with a final sound healing and meditation.
