Because our team is compensated on commission, late changes to your appointment directly impact their income. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to modify or cancel any appointment. 

Appointments modified or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a fee of 50% of the reserved service(s). 

Appointments modified, cancelled, or missed (no-show) on the day of the appointment may be subject to a fee of 100% of the reserved service(s). 

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to honor our providers' time and offer that appointment to another guest.
